Beth's Wedding

My little sister Beth got married today. There is such a big age difference between us that when she was two I use to make believe she was my daughter. I would take her to Disneyland and people would say "Your daughter is so cute." She would look at me and say "How comes people thinks your my mom?" So it's hard for me to believe that she is old enough to be married and have children of her own. I guess that just means I am really old.








It is always interesting when you get the whole family together. So I have to post some of the pictures. Beth looks beautiful and so do her children.

Mailing off Adoption Papers

Nevaeh loves to go to the mailbox and today she was able to help me mail her adoption papers. Now all we have to do is wait for the court date and go see the judge. Hopefully that will happen next month.




Look at that big smile. She doesn't realize what she just did but hopefully she will always know that she was meant to be ours from the beginning.






We went to the park afterwards to celebrate. She loves to go run around at the park.

FRC2493 - Team Robokong - 2010 Chairmans Award video

We went to San Diego today to watch Joshua compete in his robotics competition. Joshua has been working hard since January to help build a robot that is able to kick a soccer ball. His team put this video together to show their team spirit and how they have tried to involve the community. They ran into quite a few problems and didn't end up doing very well in the competition, but Joshua still had a great time and learned a lot.
